Data collected and purposes

This website collects the following personal data:

  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, access times. Collected automatically for technical and security purposes.
  • Data provided voluntarily: first name, last name, email address and phone number entered in the contact form or when booking online.
  • Purchase data: data needed to process orders and payments (handled through WooCommerce and SumUp, according to their respective privacy policies).

Legal basis for processing

Data processing is based on:

  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): to process bookings and orders.
  • Consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): to send promotional communications (if authorized).
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): for security purposes and to improve the service.

Data retention

Data is kept only for as long as strictly necessary for the purposes stated, and in any case no longer than 10 years for the tax and accounting obligations required by Italian law.

Disclosure to third parties

Data is not sold to third parties. It may be disclosed to:

  • The payment service provider (SumUp) to process transactions
  • The hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A.) to manage the server
  • Services that provide the website’s typefaces (Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts): see the section below
  • The competent authorities, if required by law

Typefaces (fonts)

To display the website’s typefaces, your browser downloads them from two external services: Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) and Adobe Fonts (Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited). To deliver the fonts, these services receive your IP address and some technical information about your browser; Adobe also records which fonts are used and on which website, for license billing. Neither sets cookies to deliver the fonts, and Adobe states that it does not store the IP address.

Processing is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in displaying the website correctly and consistently with the brand. The providers may also process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR. For more information, see Google’s privacy policy and theAdobe Fonts privacy notice.

Reviews

After an experience you can leave a review using the link you receive by email or from your account page. If you give your consent, we publish on the website your rating, your text and the name you choose (for example your first name and the initial of your last name), together with the month and the experience you took part in; your email address and the other booking details are not published. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to info@robertaguercini.it: the review will be removed from the website.

Rights of the data subject

Under Articles 15-22 GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to its processing and request its portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@robertaguercini.it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
