Love Is in the Air: Heart-Shaped Ravioli and Tiramisù
When you cook together for the first time, something special happens. Hands cross over the dough, you pass each other the flour, you laugh at each other when the ravioli don’t come out perfect. It’s one of those moments you remember.
In this class for couples we make heart-shaped ravioli together — filled with ricotta, soft white cheeses and nutmeg — and a tiramisù decorated with romantic designs. We start with a glass of Prosecco and finish at the table, just the two of you (or with your small group), with what you made with your own hands.
