Aperitivo and Dinner on a Terrace in the Hills
In summer my terrace becomes the most beautiful spot in Bologna. You can see the whole plain stretching to the horizon, the sunset paints the hills orange, and the air smells of lavender and basil.
In this summer experience we start with an aperitivo outdoors — Prosecco, fresh antipasti, olives, cheeses — as the sun slowly goes down. Then a light dinner of cold and warm dishes that suit the season: no braises, no heavy ragù. Just beautiful, fresh, good food, with the best view in Bologna. Summer only.
