Bolognese Pasta Class with Tasting

There’s something magical about feeling the pasta sheet turn smooth under your hands. In this 2-hour class I teach you everything I know: how to work the egg dough, how to roll out the sheet with a rolling pin to just the right thickness, how to cut the tagliatelle to the perfect width.
And then the ragù. Not a quick ragù, not an “almost Bolognese” one — the real ragù that cooks slowly and fills the whole kitchen with its aroma: you’ll find it ready, because it needs hours. At the end we all sit down at the table together: that’s part of it too, if you really want to understand what cooking in Bologna means.
