Beneath the Two Towers: Tortellini in Broth, Tagliatelle al Ragù and Tiramisù

Beneath the Two Towers, Sunday has a very particular smell: broth simmering since morning and ragù cooking slowly on the stove. In this class you’ll find them ready, because they need hours, and we devote ourselves to the best part: the pasta sheet rolled out with a rolling pin, tortellini folded one by one, tagliatelle cut by hand, and tiramisù.
We start with an antipasto: mortadella mousse with Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI and a glass of wine. Then we work together, and at the end we sit down at the table: tortellini in broth, tagliatelle al ragù and tiramisù, the menu of Bologna made with your own hands.
